Fundraising revenue is a necessity to maintaining quality programs at the gym.
We offer a variety of options to help you fulfill your fundraising requirement.
We offer bingos, casinos, sales campaigns and now "pool A" options.
Bingo sign up sheets are posted the first Monday of each rec session.
Unfortunately, we only have a casino every 18-24 months.
Approximately 12 sales campaigns will be offered through out the 3 sessions. These vary from Mom's Pantry to Mundare Sausage to Greenhouse baskets. Fundraising sales information will be posted on the sales link by the first day of each rec session. We also hand out fundraising sales packages your first day of classes in each rec session.
"Pool A" fundraising is new for the 2010-2011 season. "Pool A' is any revenue generating event. For example, this will include raffle ticket selling, Grove Cruise shifts as well as bottle drives. The sign up sheets for any of these events will be posted in the bootroom at the gym. They will also be posted on the Pool A link.
Anyone can sign up for these events. For rec and playschool members, the credit will be applied to your fundraising requirement. For competitive members, the credit will be applied to your Pool A requirement.
"Pool B" is replacing the Cleaning Bee/Volunteer hours requirement for the 2010-2011 season. "Pool B" is any non revenue generating event. Playschool, full year rec programs (demo and c.a.g) as well as competitive members can choose which area they help out in. For example, this will include handing out fundraising orders, cleaning bees, transporting equipment to and from demos and odd jobs around the gym as needed. The sign up sheets for the events will be posted in the bootroom at the gym. They will also be posted on the Pool B link. |
